Semi-automatic pneumatic punching machine mainly relies on pneumatic power for operation. Its working principle is simple but effective: compressed air is fed into the punching tool through a pneumatic system, which drives the punch to punch holes at a high frequency. Compared to traditional electric punching machines, pneumatic punching machines have superior power output and flexibility. The operation process of pneumatic hole punch is generally divided into the following steps:

1. air connection: the operator first needs to connect the pneumatic perforator to an air source, which is usually an air compressor capable of providing a constant supply of compressed air.

2. Setting parameters: Adjust the pressure and speed of the pneumatic perforator according to the characteristics of different materials and perforation requirements to ensure the best perforation results.

3. Positioning and punching: Place the material to punch on the working table of the punching machine and adjust the positioning device to ensure the accuracy of the punching position.

4. Start punching: Press the start button, the pneumatic punching machine will start to work, through the pneumatic pressure drive to quickly penetrate into the material to complete the punching operation.

5. Finish and clean up: After punching , remove the punching material, handle the edges of the holes and clean them if necessary.
